What size should I order?

MOST of our items are a true to size fit. However, if you’re worried about the fit, you can always look at our model specs, OR watch the youtube video provided. (Youtube videos may not be available for every item)

How can I distinguish a regular priced item versus a sale/clearanced/final sale item?

Items ending in $.99 are always final sale. This includes doorbusters, Accessories, shapewear, etc..

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change/cancel your order we totally understand! However, we need to be contacted immediately because our girls are always working to be faster than Amazon Prime! Once our fulfillment team hits process (usually within 2-4hrs) we unfortunately wont be able to make any changes to your order.

How do I know my order went through?

You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order is placed.


 RETURNS

Do you offer exchanges?

Our items tend to sell completely out so we aren’t able to offer exchanges. However, you can contact our customer service email, and she is always willing to let you know if we have an exchange in stock for you! If what you’re needing is not available, we will credit your account and you can choose how to use your account credit.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your item is received it takes 5-7 business days to process. However, our returns department is ALWAYS on top of their game and can usually get it to you quickly!

Can I return a sale/clearance item?

No. All sale/clearance (ending in $.99) items are a final sale. No exceptions.

I returned an item and it has been more than 7 business days and I still don’t have my credit, what do I do?

Email us: customerservice@julesandjamesboutique.com and we will get right on the investigation!

I live close to your boutique, is it possible to drop off a "non-boutique" (online, app, or FB group item) return to the boutique?

For sure! Please make sure to have your return form filled out and make sure you’re your item qualifies as a return. Our Boutique girls will then ensure that our returns department receives your item.


Clothing Care

How should I wash/care for my items?

We recommend reading the care instructions normally located on the inside tag on the left side. Most of our items say hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.

I have followed all washing instructions and my top seems to be a bit smaller. Any advice?

We recommend you make sure to reshape your items while damp in order for them to dry correctly. And of course, continue to follow the care instructions on the inside tag.
